We are all about gear heads and cars.. especially the Datsun Nissan legendary Z cars. In this site you will find unique designs in wearables, using these beautiful machines, some catchy terms as well as retro ads and other merchandizing of Datsun and Nissan. So you may wonder why we call it GearZED. Well, you know the term gear head, right? The folks who love their cars, work on their cars, show off their cars, modify and race their cars. We just modified the term and added ZED instead of head. So why ZED, you ask… It’s because as Canadians just like some of the Commonwealth Countries in the world, we pronounce the letter “Z” in the alphabet as ZED!
The creator of these designs is a lifetime Datsun Nissan fan, who owns 2 of these beautiful machines. They both are 1990 Nissan 300ZX, one a non turbo and the other a turbo. He’s been a huge part of the Canadian Z car scene, creating designs for Ontario Z Car Club for many years as well as working with ZCCA, the parent club of all Z car clubs in North America.
